We absolutely refuse to stock the stereotype brands that you normally see on the High street. Instead our frames are all made by independent frame designers with you in mind not by huge corporate companies whose only concern is the bottom line. We constantly change our ranges ensuring that your eyewear is unique to you and not worn by every other person you walk past.

Our frame styling process is designed to challenge your preconceptions and previous experiences. This doesn't mean that you will end up buying bright and flamboyant glasses(although you may) but at least you will know that at the end of the styling you have the right look for you. Trying to find the right eyewear can be hugely time consuming, going from optician to optician, being shown the same type of frames in confusing racks of frames. Even the pricing can be confusing with up selling of thin lenses and coatings that you really don't understand.

Our frame styling is an unhurried experience and quite often takes more than one visit. Our lens prices include the thinnest possible material for your prescription. They also include any coatings required.We take the time to talk about your work life and lifestyle to make sure you have the correct coating. All of our varifocals are individualised which require very short adaptation times.

We are the only Seiko lens specialist centre in Norwich and only dispense Seiko branded lenses.

All of our glasses include a lifetime 6 monthly service. This service includes replacing nose pads, removing lenses to clean inside the rims, ultrasonic cleaning and full frame refit

We are so confident that you will be delighted with your new eyewear that all our glasses come with a 90 day Happiness guarantee. If for some reason you don't like them we will replace them free of charge.
